Welcome to Vasuda Salon. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vasuda LLC, Vasuda Cosmetology Apprentice Program LLC, Vasuda Salon LLC (doing business as Vasuda Salon) . By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing products (including Moroccanoil, Kevin.Murphy, Amika, Loma, and Olapex), you agree to abide by these terms.
Appointments
Appointment, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy
To ensure we can accommodate all our guests, we require advanced notice for any appointment modifications or cancellations. This courtesy lets us schedule another client and keeps services more available for you and others.

Standard Appointments: We request at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment scheduled for 90 minutes or less.

Extended Appointments: We require at least 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment scheduled for 3 hours or more in duration.

Fees: Missed appointments (no-shows) or late cancellations are subject to a 50% service fee based on the scheduled services.
Service Satisfaction
Service Satisfaction & "Redo" Policy
Vasuda Salon’s intention is to collaborate with you to achieve your desired look. However, there are factors including but not limited to health, history, genetics, previous services, lifestyle, and environmental factors—that may result in undesired results.

If a reasonable issue arises resulting from an employee service provider's fault, we will offer one "redo" service of no more than 3 hours of work to correct the issue.

Any returns or price differences resulting from service adjustments will be credited to the client's account for future services or products. We do not offer cash refunds for services rendered.
Returns
Retail Product Return Policy
We stand behind the professional products we carry. You may return a retail product within 7 days of purchase, provided you have the matching receipt in our system. Approved returns will be credited to your client account to be used toward future products or services.

Intellectual Property and Salon Etiquette
All content on this website, including images of our stylists' and apprentices' work, logos, and text, is the property of Vasuda Salon and is protected by intellectual property laws. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior that disrupts our welcoming, multi-cultural environment.
